WORK PERMIT(S)
Work permit. Children are required to have permission from each state to work in their state. if you plan to work in the below states, please send us a work permit asap.
COOGAN ACCOUNTS
All children are required to have a Coogan Account. Below are a list of banks who have Coogan Account ( Trust Accounts). Please call them before going as they may have changed their policies. Be sure that you understand the Coogan Law and are in conformity with it. Generally, the Coogan Law states that for children’s jobs, 15% will be sent into a secured trust account set up by you for your child, per the State of California/NYC. WE must have all of this information in your file prior to your working on any job. On non-union and print jobs, it is your responsibility to make contributions at the end of the year.

Casting Sites
CASTING NETWORK: We will send you a request through the Casting Network system to join our management firm, via the email we are currently emailing. It needs to be the same email address that is connected to your LA Casting account, so please let us know if it’s different from the email address we’re using. Once you receive, please follow the directions to connect your account to Luciano Reeves Talent.
CASTING FRONTIER (www.castingfrontier.com): On your Casting Frontier account, please request to have them connect your submission account to Luciano Reeves Talent. We will accept the request as soon as we receive it.
Actors Access (www.actorsaccess.com): This website is primarily for theatrical work but some commercial. Please follow the instructions on the Actors Access Sign Up. When you add representation, you must add “5J Management.” Please add all stats, including ethnicity and sizes. Please upload 2 photos to this site, as it always allows for two free photos
Once we have access to your accounts, we will start submitting right away, provided all documents have been uploaded to your DropBox Link, we have generated. . We will also review your accounts to see if we see anything that needs attention.
Now is also a great time to make sure that the accounts are current and up-to-date on all information, including sizes, skills, resume, contact information, manager info - if applicable, etc…
SELF TAPES
Self-tapes are apart of the normal acting life now. Some auditions are in person and some are self-tapes. Please be prepared to do both. To evaluate your acting, we need a self tape, please take your time and look through the sides and see which would be best. Also, look at the self-tape examples below. We need a slate before each take.
