Mala is a talent manager with over fifteen years of experience in the entertainment industry, bringing a rare perspective shaped by work on both the agency and management sides of the business.

Her career began as the owner of a talent agency, which she successfully operated for eight years. During that time, Mala represented a large and diverse roster, gaining extensive firsthand experience in submissions, casting relationships, contract negotiation, and career placement. Through this work, she recognized that her strengths were best aligned with the developmental, strategic, and long-term guidance that defines effective talent management.

Transitioning fully into management allowed Mala to focus on what matters most to her: building careers with intention, clarity, and sustainability. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful development, realistic pacing, and individualized strategy rather than volume or urgency.
